Not sure what to say?

It is a beautiful, sunny day here in Maple Grove after a big winter storm. We had a "storm" a year ago at this time also, both literally and emotionally. Our sister, Elizabeth, left us as Jesus opened Heaven's door for her to enter. Now she knows and sees face to face. Thank you, Lord, for her life here and for the other members of our family she has joined in eternal celebration of God's gift of eternal life. Thanks be to God, II Cor 9:15.

We love and miss you. ...

Bess, today we celebrated the Savior's resurrection. We are wondering what was happening in Heaven. You probably could not describe it in terms we could understand even if you could come back to tell us. We miss you a lot. You were not with us at the table.

We will remember Betty for her kindness, her wonderful sense of humor, her outspoken practicality and compassion. Please know that our thoughts are with all of you at this time when you grieve her separation and rejoice in the freedom from pain that she has now. I'm certain that she is chatting with Mom Doran right now.
Love from all of us,

I have such wonderful memories of Elizabeth. She was my administrative support person at Greater Twin Cities United Way before she left. She had a wonderful smile, a bubbly personality, and a mischievous glint in her eye. I enjoyed the yearly homemade Christmas card I received from her each year, and will miss that contact. I hope you find comfort in all the wonderful memories you have and those others are sharing.

May you find the comfort and peace you need during this drying time.

Our Sympathy to you Dorothy and all your family. Were so sorry to hear of her passing but remember all the wonderful times we enjoyed together during our years at Westlake Estates in St. Louis Park. So cherished all those beautiful hand made Christmas Cards we always received from Elizabeth. Many great memories!! Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
