While I am sad to have discovered the passing of Mrs. Paris, a teacher of mine during my childhood in Gary. It is strangely conforming knowing that my thanks for her hard work can be preserved here.

i would like to thank each and everyone of you who reached out to us during this time. We deeply miss our mother Elizabeth Paris, but we carry beautiful memories of her in our hearts. We love you and are touched by your words about our beloved mother!

To The Paris Family, I think God for the opportunity to have known mother pairs she was truly a blessing to so many people, she love children, love teaching she just love life and she love God..I had the opportunity to meet most of her family and they became mine. Mrs. Paris was my second grade teacher. She was an integral part of my inspiration to become a teacher. I have never forgotten some of the techniques she used to inspire her students. She taught me cursive writing. Her memory will always carry on. Rest in peace.
