Not sure what to say?

Carla,

Mr.Dennis had, and continues to have, a positive impact on my life. I will always remember that laugh of his. My thoughts and prays are with you always.

I knew Elmer and his Dad from Tomball High School during the 50's, and thought a lot of both of them. He was a good example to all of us and will be missed. Our prayers are with his family.

Mr. Dennis was a true example of unconditional love. He was a very caring person and always had a BIG smile and hug to share.
The special kids in our community will truly miss him.

Mr. Dennis was a one of kind man. His kindness and genuine love would shine through his smile and laugh. He loved all of his Special kids with all of his heart and they knew it. See you in heaven Mr. D!

I met Elmer through Jane and Travis Yoakum (Jane is my sister)back in the late sixties and early seventies. He would make occasional visits to Milano and Austin to see Jane and Travis and I dearly loved to hear his stories. I am so sorry for your lost. He will be greatly missed.

Carla:
Having known Elmer since the mid-seventies, and being in church with him on Sunday's, we share your loss.
BUT, what an example of what we should all strive to be he gave to all of us. We're all the better for having known him. Take comfort that others share your loss, and lift you up in prayer.

Elmer was a fine man. When he was in the school where I taught, teachers flocked to the hall to visit and laugh with him. What a special person he was!

My deepest sympathy for a great man. It was great to get back in touch over the last couple of years after many years of being out of touch after high school. I will put a memorial plaque at the chapel at Tomball Regional Hospital in honor of his name. He is home with God now.

To Carla Dennis and Family: It is with much regret and much love, that we, the Special Education Department, of Cobb Elementary School, share in your loss. We all loved Mr. Dennis, so much. He was the wheel that helped us to go foward each day. He taught us how to love and care for all Special kids. He will be greatly missed. Our prayers are with you.
