I worked with Frank in San Jose. I remember him as a man with integrity and a genuine smile. He was a very good lawyer and we relied upon his sage advice. My deepest sympathy for your loss. May he rest in peace and may fond memories of happier times bring you comfort. M. Aguiar

Bro Higham was my Seminary teacher and what a great teacher he was. One morning we filled up his VW Bug with newspaper. He was alot of fun. He took it all in stride.

I remember Frank in Stockton so many years ago. He was good friends of my brother and sister, Fred & Marlene, who passed away recently. Condolences to the family.

I lived in Lafayette from '86 to '92 so Mr Higham's obituary caught my eye because it's such an unusual coincidence.

It's impossible for me to think of my adolescence without remembering fondly Frank and the Higham family ~ you were all such an integral part of our family's lives. Christmas caroling parties, youth outings, fabulous foods and books, and Frank's inexhaustible sense of humor – all such great memories. Frank will be missed, but I hope it's of small comfort to you that he made a lasting impression on my family and on me. We offer you our sincerest condolences, prayers and love during this tender...
