“You will be sadly missed Frank. I know what a wonderful brother-in-law you were but as I sit back and watch the condolences from so may people I realize how much you touched everyone's lives. People who never formally met you have expressed how much they appreciated everything you did everyday. May you rest in peace.
“Your family is in our prayers. I will miss my conversations with him at CCE in the morning during my planning.

He always had a smile on his face and he really seemed to enjoy his job helping families nagivate in and out of Mt. Mourne school. He will be missed.

Frank was always there to help and served many hours as a volunteer for the Georgetown Fire Department. He was a life member when he and Betty moved south.

We would see him in the morning while dropping our children off to school and in the afternoon when we picked our children up from school. He always did his job wonderfully with a smile on his face.
