“I knew Mr. Cotta for over forty years. He was a fine example of the word "gentleman." He always had a kind word and smile. That is how I will remember him. A true Hanford icon. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. God Bless you all.
“I was saddened to hear of Frank's passing. He was one of the sweetest people I've ever known, he left great tribute to that with such a wonderful family that he and Cecelia raised. They are all such great people themselves. He and Cecelia are no doubt celebrating in eachothers arms. What a beautiful time spent here on this earth, and I'll bet a great FESTA in heaven reuniting them both. May all the wonderful memories remain in your hearts forever. Access them daily.
God Bless you,...
