Fred Nippers

Feb. 1, 1926 - Jan. 1, 2011 Fred D. Nippers, 84, of Dutton died Saturday. A U.S. Army veteran, he retired from TVA at Widows Creek. Services will be 11 a.m. today at Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Cedarhill Cemetery.
