Guest Book

I'm a little behind on writing in here but, This was the best man I've ever known. So proud to be his second great granddaughter and have all the best child hood memories with this man. He was the world to me growning up and always will be in my heart. I know he is in a better place. Walking hand with Grandma Lawson :) I can see them now smiling, young and happy again. I'll miss you! Til I see you again! Love you.

Even though many miles currently separate us, please know that I am lifting up prayer for the family and fondly remembering Fred. He leaves a wonderful legacy within the community having served in so many ways during his more than nine decades. I am thankful that our paths so significantly crossed.

Dear Family of Cody , so sorry to hear of his passing. I remember him so well. He was a lifelong friend of my Dad and Mom.(Booke and Clara Sheppard) I have heard so many interesting stories about him and from him about my Mom and Dad. He was the last person from Merrimac my Mom asked about just a few days before she passed this past January. I know there is a wonderful celebration going on in heaven! May you be comforted by your wonderful memories of this dear man.Keeping you in my thoughts...

Cody was my Grandmother Loretta's Brother. When we were young our Familys went to his Familys house on the river and had good times. And many great get togethers at his home those were the good ole days.He sure will be missed. My sympathy's go out to his Wife and Family in this time of sorrow and know he will always be with them until they are reunited together again.
