Not sure what to say?

I wish I could have been there today, I'm in New Mexico, to wish you fair winds and following seas.

When I started with the American Red Cross Gary was the Chapter Chairman. I don't know what I would have done without him. When Gary made a commitment as a volunteer there was no one that worked any harder than him. Sally, my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Sally and Family,
I'm so sorry to hear of Gary's passing. He was my 'boss' at TVA. He was everything that has been expressed in the beautiful obituary. Always a gentleman, he shared his knowledge of agronomy with me to influence me to become a better and more involved employee. When I left TVA in 1983 to move to Louisiana, he gave me the cookbook, LOUISIANA LEGACY, so that, as he wrote inside to, ....give you a slight edge on becoming an expert on all the "famous" Louisiana...

From a Civil Air Patrol friend and great admirer of Gary and Sally I send my sincere codolences. I visited on occasion with Gary after he switched from CAP to the CG Aux where he continued his contributions to the cummunity. I will miss him.

So sorry about Gary. He was a joy to work with. I worked with him on several Water Safety related events over the years. He was kind and worked so hard for the community. My prayers go out to his famil.

I have known Gary and Sally a long time and have grown to love them and their zest for life. I am humbled by his courage through his bouts of cancer. I will miss him terribly and pray that Sally and his family can find peace and carry on with the business of living.

Beautiful obituary - our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

My condolences to all the family. Our prayers are with you and the family at this difficult time.

Although it's difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, May looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow. May the comfort of God help you during this difficult time. Always remember that we love you very much. Tina Shores and Julie Nelms
