Not sure what to say?

i will miss his wit and kindness

For me Gary, you were always there, and you always will be. Peace & Good Pickin on your long journey.

Gary was a truly unique guy, someone with whom I shared more than a little of the passion of collecting "sounds". To a kid just figuring out it didnt have to get airplay to be great, talking to Gary kept me reaching out to hear the underdogs, the dinosaurs, and the starving indy bands. He opened my eyes to a lot of new and wonderful (and weird and obscure) groups. I'm sorry he left us too early. Gary, I love your soul. I hope I'll see you in Heaven.

I am saddened by the loss of my longtime friend Gary. Happy, vibrant & able to laugh through our troubles: that's what you have given all of us who were lucky enough to be near you. Many are we who are thankful for your friendship & spirit. An open & connecting soul who has imparted this essence to many others. I send my sympathy (and my wish for our bright tomorrow) to Gary's family, some of whom I am touched to know, and to the circle of friends.

You were one of the funniest men I ever had the pleasure of meeting on FB, a wealth of musical knowledge, a tireless MW player and helper, and all around great guy! You will truly be missed by many. I will miss our many musical conversations so much.

You always loved to torture me with tickles when I was a kid and turned me on to a lot of cool music,I will miss you Uncle..I hope you are surrounded with
peace and Love now..

Gary was a fine bassist. He took my spot in the "Free Association" when I retired from playing
( mid 70's.) A nice cat.

To Norma & family: I know it's been many years (William Fox Elementary) but I recognized the name immediately. I am so sorry for your loss. It hurts my heart to see the loss of someone at such a young age. May his smile live on in your heart forever.
