“I have known Gary for many years, always a great guy! I was sad to have had to miss his service. Many years ago when Gary started in the mortgage business I was happy to refer my clients to him. Gary was always honest, caring, hardworking and thorough. Gary was a good mentor to others, open about having learned important lessons in life the hard way, from mistakes, he did not want to see others make the same mistakes. Gary was always about improvement, himself, others, work, work...
“Gary, what can I say we loved you like a brother. Best of friends for 43 years thru thick and thin. Our kids called you Uncle Sarge. Whether you were eating a pot full of meatballs or camped in the front room. Serving in the Army with you was an honor. We will never forget you and will always love you. Till we meet again on the other side goodbye Sarge. Ken & Jen Cormier
“I shared an office with Gary at EMDC in Bangor. Always a great mentor and friend - I also hadn't seen him since he moved to Chicago, but I still remember his stories and his advice to a young man. Condolences to the family for your loss. He was a good friend.
“Sharon, Tim, Sean and family. I remember seeing Gary in Chicago when I was there to visit my son and his wife several years ago. The Chicago Cubs were in a playoff game that year and we were watching on a big screen and having dinner in an outside cafe. It was great to share the evening with him and remember how funny he was. His laugh was the best. I have you all in my thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time. May he rest in peace. Love, Lori Marley Kinney.
