Dear Mrs. Jarrett, I am so sorry for your loss. Mr. Jarrett was a very kind and nice man. I always enjoyed seeing him when he came into the store. He will be greatly missed. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prays. God bless you and your family.Donna Luehrsen(from Rite Aid)

Gene was the best neighbor anybody could ever have. When I needed help, he never turned me down, including the time he popped open one my windows when I locked myself out of my house. I'll always remember him as a master craftsman who could carve the most interesting things from a block of wood, build specialized furniture, and make an old, beat-up desk look brand new. My heart goes out to Ailene, Gregg and his family. Gene is going to be greatly missed.

Gene was the best neighbor anybody could have! Any time I needed help, he never turned me down, including the time he popped open one of my windows when I locked myself out of my house. I will always remember him as a master craftsman who could carve the most interesting things out of a block of wood, build useful furniture, and make an old beat-up desk look like brand new. My heart goes out to Ailene and the rest of the family. Gene is going to be greatly missed.

Lester Roof called yesterday to let us know about Gene. We are so sorry to hear this sad news. We wish God's richest blessing upon you at this time of loss and sorrow. One consolation St. Peter will have a great Bridge partner.

We love Gene for his talent as a woodcarver. He made walking sticks for family and friends. Ailene and Gene were so receptive to us in times of need. His sense of humor was wine to our souls.

Gene was the one of the nicest men I ever met. He will be dearly missed by all the bridge players in the area.
