My deepest sympathy. I am in shock, just heard the news. Slate Creek Sub, Effingham, IL. has lost our fav mailman. I knew Jerry for 19 yrs or so. He will be deeply missed.

My thoughts and prayers to your family! I have so many great memories of Jerry and the friendship that he had with my Dad and our family. He always looked out for us as we were growing up in Toledo! And always a joke or teasing when he saw us! He will be greatly missed!

Steve and I are unable to be at the visitation so we could express to you our sorry in the loss of Jerry. He always took the time to stop and visit with us when he saw us. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Stay strong.
