Dearest DB and Blackshear family, what an amazing woman...such a trail blazer for all women. So intelligent, kind, loving and beautiful...that is how I will always remember your Mom. So many cherished memories of our childhood days in your home on the lake...I am so sorry for your loss. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. xoxo Kelly Egan Olson

Dear Perry. I was so sorry to hear about Gertrude's death. You may recall that she and I, along with Julie Henricksson, car-pooled to the University together in the early '60s. She was always such good company and a real delight. My sympathies go to you and to DB and Lisa --

So sorry to hear of your loss Dave and DB. May God hold you in his arms to comfort you all.
