Harold was born to Harold Boyton Culley Sr. and Louise Overby on Feb. 26 1930 at Lighter Hospital in Harrisburg Illinois. Amen. Shalom. Brother George Culley

I thank you for all that you had done for all coal miners around our area. They were very appreciative for all that you had done for them. I pray for your family and loved ones.

My sympathies. My respect to Mr. Culley, especially for his Black Lung work.

Harold B. Culley, Jr., born in Harrisburg, IL on February 26, 1930 was an attorney in Harrisburg, IL in the 1960's, West Frankfort, IL in the 1980's and Raleigh, Illinois in the 1990's.
In the 1980's he began handling coalminer black lung cases and got a lot of good settlements for coalminers.
He attended school in West Frankfort, IL and then attended military school in the South. He graduated from Clemson College and played basketball for the Clemson Tigers. He was a...
