Not sure what to say?

Homer was an amazingly welcoming person. When I first started at the Center, he made me feel a part of things. Over the years, he always had an encouraging word for me and for other former colleagues. We didn't speak or write to one another often, but whenever we did, I always came away feeling enriched. He will be very much missed.

Dear Natalie, we were shocked to hear about Homer's passing. Hoping it was peaceful with no pain. Such a man as Homer should not have to suffer. His and your contribution to Pewee Valley Presbyterian Church (and the world) was so great there doesn't seem to be anything to compare. We will always remember.

Homer was a great colleague to me as I arrived from the mission field to Worldwide Ministries. He was a huge supporter of international leader development and I always enjoyed his sense of humor and ability to keep perspective. I am grateful for his witness and life.

Natalie, my prayers are with you and your family with the loss of Homer. He always greeted you with a big smile.
