We were so sorry to hear about Howard's passing. He was such a dear soul. Our prayers go out to all of the family.

My condolences to your family. Our parents were wonderful friends in Glenwood. I know Dad (Arleigh Lund) and Howard were able to have lunch together not long ago, thanks to Scott.
Treasure your memories. Dad shares many stories with us about their adventures together.

Howard,
Thank you for your service to our country!! As Americans, we owe our freedom to men like you from the greatest generation. My condolences to your family, especially Scott.

It was my great pleasure to be a part of Howard's life at Sunrise. I am a hospice volunteer. I visited Howard once a week during his stay there. He was such a kind, gentle man. Had some interesting conversations, as his time was nearing the end there was confusion. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this sad time. Rest in Peace Howard.

Did he know Richard (Dick) Wiessner. He passed away Friday from a stroke..but I believe they were friends.

May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with your loved one comfort you and your family, today and always.

Uncle Howard gave us so many wonderful memories. It is with great fondness I remember traveling from Washington, DC to learn about life on the lakes. I'm pretty sure I caught my first fish with Uncle Howard at my side. What a special, thoughtful man! Scott, John, and Jane (and families)--I am so sorry for your loss and send prayers of comfort your way.
