We met at Y-Teen camp in 1950 & became good friends for Life. She loved her family & we shared many hours & close ties with her family & had many NE. sports' activities we attended together. Irene will always be remembered by all that knew her. Glenda (Duncan) Busacker

Irene was a one-in-a lifetime friend, teacher, mentor. She gave all her heart to her family & friends & wanted nothing in return, but to be remembered
with love. You will always be loved, Irene, by everyone that knew you.

Jill,

My father, sister and I extend our sympathy to you on the loss of your mother. I remember her friendship with my mother and our family for many years and always enjoyed conversation with her. I last spoke to her a couple of years ago and she was full of questions as always. I will never forget her and her amazing life.

Jacque C., Jacque W. and Paula Evans

I belonged to Womans Club and Hall County Historical Society with Irene and I'm going to miss her! She was so selfless and was always concerned for others. Such a class-act and great role model! My condolences to you!

I am so sorry to hear of you loss. Draw close to God during this difficult time, and he will draw close to you. James 4:8

Jill, Your mom was a gift. She touched the lives of so many and was a true inspiration to me. Her spirit will live on in our community because of her service.

I'm only 4 months older than your mother, lived on a farm south of Ord and went to high school in North Loup. Nevertheless, because our parents were friends we were friends from about the age of 6 until now. We were roommates in Hastings College her freshman year and my junior year. Irene was so busy in college and wherever she lived that it is amazing she always kept our friendship going in multiple ways. I loved Irene's parents and knew that she would grow old like they did---most...
