Not sure what to say?

Aunt Irene, such a loved saint! I always remembered the way that she made everyone feel special and every gathering a fun memory. I was truly blessed to have her as an aunt. We know that your loss is great.
We pray that God will bless you and comfort your family at this time.

To Irene's Family,
With the recent loss of my wife, Jody Baish Bauder and Irene's sister-in-law, I know this is a time of sorrow. But it is also a time of joy, for our beautiful family grows as saints in Heaven, to be with our Father for all eternity.
You will be in my prayers.
Irene's Brother-in-law & your Uncle

Dear Buffalo Family,
We are truly sorry for your loss. Even though we are far away, our thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time. Aunt Irene was a wonderful example of Christianity in action. The consolation is knowing she is now with the saints in heaven, always ready and able to hear and help us. May GOD bless you with His grace & strength.

I will never forget Aunt Irene! When ever I visited my Aunt's house growing up it was always a memorable time. My prayers and sympathy go out to my relatives that were blessed to have known her.

To Vince, Lou, Peter, and your families: Our deepest condolences go out to all of you. Although we have lived away from Buffalo for many years, it was always great to see Irene when we visited Margaret & Vince. She was a very wonderful woman. How great that she was able to visit with Mindy's 3 children in her final days. Also that Margaret was able to take her to bingo at the hospital, and Irene won!
Now she is re-united with Lou Sr, Bob and Paula. Knowing Irene was indeed a blessing.

I will miss Grandma B. Reading Mindy's entry reminded me of the apartment on Taunton and how warm and inviting it was. And oh, the Christmas cookies! I only hope that I will be lucky enough to spend my years surrounded by my family, the way she did. I know we're sad that she's gone, but she lived a long and happy life, and we all have wonderful memories to carry with us.

Dear Family,

There was great joy in heaven last Tuesday when Aunt Irene joined Uncle Lou, Robert, my Mom (Joanne Baish Bauder), and all the other saints and family waiting for her. Though we mourn her loss, she is where we all hope to be, with Our Lord and His Blessed Mother for eternity. We pray for faith and comfort for you in this time of great loss.

At the funeral I just didn’t have the courage (or composure) to share what I wanted to. I sat there in silence, wanting to jump up and tell everyone what a wonderful grandma Irene was and how I can’t imagine a life without her.

There are so many great memories. We’ve spent a lifetime together.

I remember special sleepovers and being treated like royalty. Candlelight dinners, and candlelight bubble baths. She’d even take the bath towel, roll it up and place it in...
