Not sure what to say?

May your love and warmest memories comfort you as your heart begins to heal.

I had Mrs. Demaree in 9th grade and she was one of my favorite teachers. She seemed to bring out the best in all of her students. My prayers are with your family.

SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. MAY YOU FIND COMFORT IN READING GOD'S WORD, WHERE YOU WILL FIND THAT OUR LOVING HEAVENLY FATHER GIVES US HOPE OF SEEING OUR LOVED ONES AGAIN IN A BEAUTIFUL RESTORED PARADISE HERE ON EARTH.

Mrs. Demaree was a fantastic teacher and taught us all to push on through all the troubles and pain life through at us. She was one of my favorite math teachers and she will be missed. We all lost a wonderful lady. My prayers and deepest condolences are with the family. May God watch over all of you.

My deepest condolences to the Demaree/Macbeth family...being a volunteer at Pierce Middle School...I would see and talk with Mrs. Demaree often....prayers will continue for everyone during this difficult time...

My deepest sympathy to Dave and the family. I also lived in Forest Hills on the corner of Sunset and Meadow Lane. Jacquie was a sorority sister of mine at Purdue. Her joy of life was always evident in her smile. May she rest in peace.

Being a student known for my abilities to slack when it came to learning,Mrs.Demaree was somehow able to tolerate me and always found it in her heart to do wat she could to see that I didn't drown in my academic laziness.A great teacher,a beautiful person.

We didn't know each other very long. We talk in the hallway at Pierce. Miss your smiling face. Rest in peace

Steve, Chip, and I send our condolences to our childhood neighbor and his family. Meadow Lane in Forest Hills was a very special place in Merrillville to grow up. We all have wonderful memories of our Dads at MHS.
