Not sure what to say?

Mr. Blood was my principal at Alvarado Elementary. It was my first teaching assignment. He helped me secure my first apartment(since I was not yet 21). He was a great patient caring man. Rest in Peace!

Maxine, so sorry to hear of Jim's death. He was a fine person as are you. The love you had for each other was unmistakeable and wonderful. Another of my classmates gone. That is the down side of being a survivor.

Mr. Blood was my principal at Alvarado Elementary, I attended 1966-1969. He was the kindest, most caring principal ever, truly the nicest, most sincere man. I will never forget him and his sweet, smiling face. He was a blessing to every student who crossed his path. My deepest sympathy to his family. Unfortunately, I did not hear of his passing until after the service, I wish I could have attended.

Jim's smiling face and open welcome. Many hours spent playing cards and visiting with him. So sorry we are unable to be there to celebrate his life. He was one in a million. God Bless Maxine, the children, and their families. Bill and Asella
