“Mr. Swifty is a wonderful man, who I will miss so very much. I spent time with him down at Dogwood Manor. I remember changing out his heater in his room around 9:30 p.m. one night. He was so appreciative. Afterwards I sat on the edge of his bed, him telling me stories of World War II, of his farming days, and a whole lot more. I loved Mr. Swifty like a Dad. He was always so tender hearted. He was and always will be a great buddy to me. I will miss him greatly.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. May God comfort you.
