Hello Bird. Thinking of you a lot today. In 11 days it will be a year since you left us and went to see your beautiful bride, and rest in the arms of our Lord and Savior. I don't really know why I'm writing this, other than as I mentioned, you have been on my mind and most of all, I miss you, Bird. Keeping you in my heart forever. Lots of Love, Hugs and kisses.

Tina, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. Try to take some comfort in knowing that he is at peace and with your mom. Now you have two guardian angels looking over you.

It's the little things, the small, everyday occurrences that you'll remember. The laughs, the stories, the smiles. And even though it seems like you can never recover from your loss, it is these very memories that will help push the pain away and bring back the smiles.

Tina, my condolences go out to you and your family. Please know I have lifted and your family up in prayer. I never had the pleasure of meeting your dad but from what Debbie has told me he was a great man and proud of his country. He is with our Lord now and with your mom - He is at peace. Please, if there is anything I can do, don't hesitate to ask. With love to all.

Dearest Tina and Donnie, I am so sorry about the loss of your father and grandfather. I feel privileged and honored to have known him, albeit for a short time. He lived, loved and laughed with everything he had. I will miss hearing his accounts of his experiences while devotedly and gallantly serving his country. I will miss his laugh and the twinkle in his eyes when he spoke, as well as the passion he had while telling his stories. Our country was bettered because of his "4 years, 4...
