Not sure what to say?

Spider was a good friend, known for his sense of humor. He always had a way of making people laugh. He will be deeply missed.

Spider, was always sitting in his driveway greeting pets coming by. If he wasn't there my dog would always lead me to his driveway because he knew Spider would leave a treat for him. My dog and I got to know Spider and became friends. What a kind man that will be missed greatly.

Jim was one of my first friends when I moved to GI in 1943. I attended school with Jim through the GIHS graduation in 1952. Jim and I had contact throughout his life. I enjoyed him very much.

To the many friends of Hans, we were all blessed having been
a friend of this sharped tongue wisecracker. His nickname
"Spider" came after I left G.I. I always looked forward to my return trips and see "Spider"
God speed Hans
