Mr. Luther was a great friend and commrade to me while we worked at the VA. He never wondered if he made a difference.....He made a difference. I will truly miss a GREAT man and his daily "good morning, young lady."

I have known James for many years. I am proud to have called him my friend for all of those years. James was a stand up Marine and HE WILL BE MISSED.
