“I grew up a couple houses down the street from the Walkers and have fond memories of Mr. Walker and his compassion for not only his own family but us neighboring children as well. He always had a wave and a friendly smile for everyone and treated all of us as though we were his own children. It was a true pleasure to have known Mr. Walker and he will be missed.
“I am sorry to hear of Dudy's passing. He was one of my father's best friends and I had the privilege of being in the chorus under him. My prayers are with all of his family. I will always remember his "Dudyisms"!
“"A wonderful example and teacher. He always had a smile ...such a positive gentleman. I was blessed to be one of his students in the FC chorus."

“Oh,how I loved my days in the FC Chorus! Dudy,Mr.Walker, gave us special insight into loving the worship of singing to the Lord! What a very dedicated man and teacher! Many memories will forever fill my heart of the blessings and lessons learned under Dudy's tutilage! "The Lord Bless You and Keep You", Dudy!
“Wonderful man. Enjoyed his working with the FC chorus and men's quartet many years ago.
“My thoughts & prayers are with your family, I remember in the 50's at FCC when my husband was in the chorus, how Dudy encouraged him with his studies & how much he loved to sing & spend time in christian fellowship.
“He cared deeply for all of his students and motivated them to be the best they could be. He loved the Lord most of all and was a powerful example to all of us of what our commitment to Him should be. The heavenly "chorus" is rejoicing right now. RIP, Dudy.
