In Memory Of

Buffalo, New York

Guest Book

David, I was so sorry to hear about Mabel's passing. She possessed the patience of a saint, whether it was putting up with our completing her jigsaw puzzles in the middle of the night, ruffling the hair off of Orange Julius (and sending it all over the dining table at the lake), or letting you skip school to go with my mother to buy additional Sabres tickets. She just took all the antics in stride. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your entire family.

My memories of Aunt Jane will always be of her quick walk, her character-filled beach house, her baking snickerdoodles for the cookie jar, her love of birds and (ironicially) cats, and just her general air of welcome and warmth. She never knew this but she was my knitting inspiration - An expert knitter!
I'm so grateful to have known her even a little bit. Thinking of/praying for her entire family at this time.
Peggy McGarrity (married to Tom Donovan)

I had the great pleasure seeing Jane in her element, birdwatching! She was such a seasoned pro and I felt honored to be with her. She lived her passion. She was also a good sport at miniature golf when we played with Jeromy and Johnny in South Carolina. The
Hawaiian Rumble will never be the same!

I admired her and will remember her as the knowledgeable outdoors woman that she was.

On behalf of the D'Youville College Alumni Association and the Alumni Relations office plese accept our deepest sympathies. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and we hope that your memories will bring you comfort, peace and strength in the days ahead.
God Bless,

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal. May God bless Jane and her family.

May you remember her precious love with honor. Mothers are priceless. Exodus 20:12

I forgot to add this candle for Jane in my previous message;

Jane will always be remembered for the kind & gentle woman she was to everyone! She will forever be truly loved & missed. May our Good Lord have mercy on Jane, her family & friends; She was my wonderful mother-in-law (Donelle) during a most memorable time in my life. I will always treasure not only the time I had with her, but also her special homemade
"Snickerdoodles!!!" ...............

My sympathy to the family of Jane. I am so thankful to have known her. She introduced me to the Piliated Woodpecker and I loved to catch a hockey game with her once in a while. She was one of a kind. God bless you Jane...
