“Jean is always going to be cherished in my heart and she inspired me by her strong virtues to be a women of good charactor. I miss her and as I have come to know her family I am continualy taught the values of love. She is blessed and her childrens children will grow generations of her splended attributes.
Thank you for the gift of love,
Now your sharing it up above.
You had so many things to say.
All in a caring way.
You saw the good in everyone,
No matter what they may have done.
You were always the one we could all lean on.
Even though it must have felt like a ton
You were always the strength of the family.
Now we must let you rest calmly.
As we say goodbyes,
And the tears roll down our eyes.
I know your place in heaven...
“Prayers and thoughts go out to Jean's family and friends. She was one of the sweetest, most giving ladies I have ever known. I remember her smile and her hummingbird cake when we worked together at American Press. Her loving spirit poured over all of us at AP who called her "Granny". She loved her family and always spoke proudly of them.
As I'm writing this, I can feel her loving presence and see her smiling down at us from Heaven where she is no longer in pain!
“Carolyn and Brother, I just found out about Jean's passing today. My thoughts and prayers go out to you. She was a sweet person.
“During the summer of my Senior year in High school, I worked at the American Silk Mill. It was there that I met Jean, who was a friend of my mother, Kathleen Bickers Clore. Jean was in her late 20's, and she was as beautiful on the inside, as she was on the outside. She was so kind and sweet to me, and my mother, who recently passed away, adored her. My deepest sympathy to the family.
