Four Years, Four Months, Sixteen Days later. Tears still fall. Heart Still Broken. My life will never be the same. I look forward to 'when we will be together again'. I hope, in your passing you gained all the knowledge you had anticipated with your positive attitude you carried throughout your illness.

He was a major Jeremy was the kindest, gentlest young man we knew. Raised properly by his lovingly devoted mother Diana.He was a major part off our famlies lives, not only as a nephew but a true friend in deed.
