Not sure what to say?

December 31,2009
We were deeply saddened to hear of Jewels passing. She was like a mother to me and I will miss her deeply but she is in a better place. She has enriched my life more than you'll ever know.
Love,
Stella and Jesse Guidry

Lucki,

Our condolences to you and your family during this difficult time. May the pain of your loss quickly fade into memories of the good times.

Love,
Diane & Sid Harriel

We were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Ms. Jewel Allen. Memories of her and Josephine playing golf with us will always be remebered, her laughter, out driving all of us and the excellent putts. Now she has sunk the greatest putt of all and her spirit will live on. Bless you Jewel for being part of our lives.

To Lucki and Family,

In this time of great sadness, we send our thoughts and prayers to wrap you in a comforting embrace. May each memory of Jinx that brings a smile help to dry a multitude of tears.

With Love
Brooksie and Rusty

Lucky and family I was saddened to read in the Tribune obits of Jinx's passing. On behalf of my two sisters(Pookie and Candy),my brother Sweetie as Jinx so fondly called him we extend our deepest sympathy.

To Lucki and family,

We were saddened to learn of Jinx's passing. David and I send deepest sympathy.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jinx several years ago. When it came to the kitchen and the cooking, this lady was "large in in charge"! I watched her for several minutes offering my feeble assistance. She was smart to assign me only menial tasks. Her cooking was divine and yet she was modest about her culinary accomplishments. No doubt her skills as a chef were heaven sent. A woman of few words as she spoke with the love that she put into her cooking. We are sad to see you go....

I will always Cherish the Memories of the Holidays, Dinners, Friday Fish, BBQ, Cooking lessons, Golf lessons, LECTURES, Stories, Love and Support that I received from one of the strongest, big-hearted women I have been Blessed to meet, Jinx Allen.
"Family" is not necessarily defined by blood, but by action.
Thank You for letting me in your "Family". You will always be in mine.
Love,
Pino

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.
