I feel so blessed to have had the pleasure of knowing Ms. Joann and her family. You all excepted me with open arms and made me feel like one of the family. The memories you and your family will stay with me and my girls forever! Ms. Joann was truly a wonderful person, mother and role model! We will miss her! She is where she is supposed to be in God's arms now!

Melissa, just know that we are very sorry for the loss of Sis Joann. But just think she's not suffering anymore. She had been in my prayers every night for a long time for healing, but God needed another rose for his garden. Thoughts and prayers for your family. We love you!

Granny, today is the day that I have dread my whole life. I remember not wanting to have a Birthday bc it meant that I was getting older, which meant you were too. I always said that I wanted to go before you lol. You are my sunshine, my only sunshine! I love you dearly and will carry your legacy from here on out.
