Camilo and I were born 14 days apart, went to school together, served in the Navy, worked together, shared good times with family and friends. We had so many good times together with memories to last into eternity. You will be missed by all. Rest in peace.

Joe and I grew up together in our early years. The Franco family was great to have as friends. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. May God grant the family peace in this difficult time.

Franco Family I'm so very sorry for your loss. Joe was very happy and lived his life to the fullest.David and Barbara, he loved you both very much.Your Dad was so respectful to me and he was grateful to have me care for him.

Joe I miss you so much.My days are empty without you and I'm trying to carry on.Please save a dance for me when I get there.Thank you for the lovely memories. Te Quero mucho
