Remembering a flight with him on an F-27 thru the GCN off PGA.
He would remember that one.
Great man to work with those many years

I had the pleasure of becoming acquainted with John Manocchio as a Customer Service Agent for Hughes AirWest in Tucson, AZ. These were exciting times following the well-organized merger of Pacific, West Coast and Bonanza Airlines which created a company purchased by Howard Hughes. John was based in SFO, and he was hilariously entertaining to talk to. I can imagine that his ALPA meetings were as colorful as his cooking. A life well lived - hasta la vista, Captain Manocchio.

So grateful to spend time with the family and Uncle John last year. Hoping all left behind find comfort that he is at peace and joy from your memories of him.

I would like to express my sympathy to the family for this great loss. May the God who comforts those that mourn sustain you during this difficult time. Isaiah 61:1,2

I have to smile and laugh when I think of John Manocchio. I mean that in the most positive and respectful way. John and I flew many trips together and I enjoyed every one of them. I will never forget John Manocchio!

Frank, Steve and all the family.......your Dad was part of ours! He taught my kids how to cook pasta. I flew many hours with him and he keep EJ and I out of jail when we did ALPA work. I have hundreds of stories....PLEASE contact me if you have time.
