Not sure what to say?

We at the Kilties Drum & Bugle Corps extend our deepest sympathies to Al & Judy Olah and family on the loss of John. He truly was a very talented drummer. A memorable moment was John's solo at the 1999 DCA Individual & Ensemble Contest playing snare drum in Allentown, PA. His talent and charisma gave the crowd an unforgettable performance to walk away with that year.

I just recently heard of John's passing through my friend in Nashville..John and I met when he attended Waubonsee Community College. He used to come over and play drums. He brought his drums to my house and set them up across from me..We always had a great time trading off drum ideas..He was such a talented musician..He always took the time to stop by when he was in the Aurora area. My heart goes out to John's family..He will be deeply missed. Mark
