Not sure what to say?

Dad, it has been several weeks now since you left us. Tears do not comfort. I hope to live my life in honor of the great father that you were. I miss you.

I was priviledged to have been on the Music Team at Bloomington Church of God(Later to be Cathedral of Praise).I went with Vi to the Nursing homes early, then came back to Church and played at the late service. We met Bishop John as he joined us at Church of God and saw him more as he came with Vi and I and others to play music.Vi would play piano mostly and I Acoustic guitar. We also played at their Wedding.Becky was on Piano(as Vi was gettin married).Kevin on guitar,me on Bass guiter and Rick...

Serving as a colleague in ministry with Bishop John D. Walker has been an honor. Being counted among his friends has been a joy. Anticipating reunion with him in Heaven is a delight.

Brother John - By now you have heard the Master say, "Well done my good and faithful servant, enter in ....." to which we at LifeChurch say, Amen! Thanks for your dedication - John Campbell, Associate Pastor Life Church

Dad, you have been my rock and my strength. It is hard to let you go and I pray for comfort and peace knowing that you are free of all the infirmaties and bonds of this earth. You have taken your final journey and it is the most beautiful one of all. I will miss you, Dad. I love you, Theresa

Rev. John officiated our wedding ceremony iin 1953. As teenagers we were "awed" by John's bride from Australia. Have many fond memories of all the WalKer family. My deepest sympathy to all of you at this difficult time.

The Blessings John has given us over the years has been such an inspirational to so many of us. With his ministering & bible studies that we were really blessed with. John will always be with us and some day when we meet on the other side, what a rejoicing that will be. GOD bless John's family at this time of sorrow and rejoicing being with the Lord. Love George & Bonnie Stensgard
