Not sure what to say?

very sorry for the loss of both john and Phyllis. I saw them both just a year ago and it brought back many happy memories of the kwik shop days. I will always remember them and keep them in my prayers and to the kids I know you will make it through this and our prayers are also with you all

Connie -- My heart is saddened of what you and your family have gone through these last few weeks. But somewhere deep in my heart I truly feel that there was a plan in place from high above, for your mom and dad to be happy and painfree as they go through those gates together holding hands, please try to take comfort in that. I wish I could be there to give you a great big hug, but know that my thoughts and prayers are with you now and always.

Linda, I am so sorry for your loss. May it comfort you knowing your mom and dad are together again. They will always live on in your memories and in your heart. Keeping you and your family in my prayers.

Linda, I am so sorry for your loss. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

I had the pleasure of working with J J Whitney on Kansas City runs, his enthusiasm and great work ethic were out of the ordinary. He was a pleasure to be around. If there was a better person to work with I never met that individual.
My sympathy for your loss.

Thanks for your Military Service to Our Country.
Past Commander V.F.W.

JJ's family we are sorry to hear of JJ's passing. We always enjoyed his humour but straight to the point conversations. We will miss him at the old timers breakfasts but one thing he never did with us was to complain about his medical condition. We would instead compare what new implant or device we had since our last meeting, not to many of us old CBQ raildroader's left alive.

So sorry for all the sadness you have endured these last weeks. Be strong and know mom and dad are together again.
