Not sure what to say?

I never knew Joseph Hurley, but from his discriptions in these condolences, he would have been someone i would have liked to have met. I do know his wife, Clara. She is a classy lady and very much respected. I hope the great memories you had of Joe soon fill the void in your heart.

Mr. Hurley,

You'll be missed. God has never made a soul like yours. Smart, strong, respected, reliable and always entertaining. Thanks for the lessons and everlasting spirit!

Respectfully yours,

Joe was a huge advocate for arts education. The Music Center would not be a national leader in this field without his steadfast support and leadership.

You will always be remembered as a fine friend and father. Rest in peace. --Sue Ralston

I'm deeply saddened to hear this news.
Mr. Hurley was such a terrific mentor, a good friend, a wonderful soul. You influenced so many people, personally and professionally. You will be remembered by all of us.

Having met Mr Hurley only twice, it was obvious he was a larger than life character, held in high esteem by those around him. Thoroughly educated and entertaining, he could take a bit of seeming minutia and extrapolate the concept to a world view that was quite amazing. He will be greatly missed by many.

No one who ever had the pleasure of knowing Joseph Hurley could possibly ever forget him. He was a kind-hearted and generous person, gregarious in nature and always had a word or two of wisdom to share. He loved all of his family and cared deeply for his employees and friends. He will certainly be missed in my heart.

I was so sorry to hear of Mr. Hurley's passing. Although I only worked for him a very short time Mr. Hurley was so memorable a person that I have carried him fondly in my heart. I am better for knowing him.

The Best Mentor, Friend and Boss Anyone Could Ever Wish For. I Miss You, Joe.
