Joyce was the greatest person to work with. I worked in the consumer lending area and spent many hours on the phone with Joyce. What a wonderful person to know, made working a joy. I am so sorry for your loss, I will always have great memories of her. God Bless

John & family - Joyce was a great lady - dignified and classy but also very warm and approachable. She was one of the early female banking professionals in Buffalo and incredible with top-notch customer service - always putting people first. She will be missed. May she rest in peace.

Joyce was one of the kindest ladies I ever had the pleasure of knowing. She always handled herself with grace and dignity. Joyce will be missed but never forgotten.

So sorry to hear about Joyce, She was a wonderful person. I will miss her very much, I met her when she came to Sister's Hospital for surgery and I transported her to dialysis while she was a patient there. May God Bless you all and may Joyce Rest in Peace.
