I was certainly surprised to hear of the passing of your mother. I have fond memories of growing up with your family and will never forget the trip to Hampton Beach where Rudi and I had to share a bathing suit as I had forgotten to bring mine. The last time I talked with your mom was over lunch at the dedication ceremony at the firehouse for all of our deceased members. We talked about Joe and Jimmy. She always had a smile on her face and I will miss her.
