Kathy was a special person who was loved by many and will be missed by everyone who knew her. Kathy was in the SHS Class of '59 and will be remembered for her smile, her laughter and her joy. Love and prayers for her family.

Merritt & Family, My condolences on Kathy´s passing. May the Peace of God be with All I was secretary for the Kishwaukee College Nursing Program when both she and Merritt attended. My late husband, Jim Smith (`08), was also in the Sycamore Class of `59 with Kathy.

God Bless Kathy and the family. I will always remember Kathy & Merritt smiling and cheering the `77 Elks.

My heart felt sympathies to "Kathy's" entire family. I will miss her great smile and infectious "wit". You may not know this..... but she had a "nickname" in high school of "the chatter box".

When I think of Kathy I often think of my Dad and her "arguing". My Dad loved teasing her. It really did not matter what my Dad´s thoughts or opinions were on any subject Kathy brought up, he would take the opposite stance just because.... Kathy and Pete were great neighbors.
