Not sure what to say?

My dear friend Ken, what a wonderful privilege it was to know you and share many things with you. You were always there for me and your guidance and brotherly love is deeply missed.

I was married to the "Scott" referred to in Ken's obituary at the time he had the phone call from Zig Ziglar. I can attest that it truly was a great experience for Scott to have that conversation and I am grateful to Ken for arranging it. I will always remember Ken kindly for his loving guidance for Scott in the last months of his life. My very best to Mary.

The world is truly at a loss, the most wonderful kind and beautiful person I have ever had the pleasure of knowing! I miss you more than you could know, but I know that you are still here with us!

I remember with great joy the years Ken and I shared campus minister when he was at Carbondale and I was at ISU Normal. He was a special person and friend. Very talented and a truly genuine person. Had many gifts but his two I remember most were music and his gift to relate with people. He could always bring out the best in people.

I just found out today that Ken had passed. I knew him as a neighbor and his daughter Rachel was a student of mine and worked for me. I also appreciated that he was a man of faith and that he regarded faith in God as something you wear all day, every day. He is resting in peace.

I am so sad to hear of Ken's passing. He was a great inspiration to me during my graduate studies at SIUC. Love to the family

We got the newsletter from the Wesley Foundation today. We are really sad to see this news. Leslie was a student assistant at the foundation the last few years when Ken was the director. He was an awesome guy. One special memory for me was when we took a trip with the group there down to Little Grand Canyon and Bald Knob Cross, as Ken shared an intimate message on being in the depths and on the mountain tops in the respective places. It was a wonderful day. He packed his camp guitar down into...
