Not sure what to say?

I have been at a loss as to what to write or say to you and your family. Please know that Melanie and I have been praying for you at this very difficult time and will continue to do so.

I am saddened to hear about Lance. He was so supportive when I worked in his department. He was truely a kind person and a better boss than one could ever hope to meet. I'm sure his family will miss him. I know that I will.

I worked for Lance from 1985 through 1988, and learned more from him then, than in all of my graduate school programs. Even better, he made sure that we all learned from each other.

Was so surprised and saddened that Lance passed away. I worked with Lance at Honeywell, mostly at the Ridgway facility. He was a good coach of teams of people, very understanding and patient. He was a good listener, and fun to work with, and he will be missed.

I am so sorry to hear about Lance. I went to Saturday aeorbics with him and enjoyed talking to him. I was always amazed at how many times he would go to the state fair every year. Again, sorry for your loss.

I was saddened to read that Lance passed away so suddenly. We worked together in engineering over many years at Honeywell. We have much in common being both from Northern Minnesota, U of MN IT graduates, and also the same age. I have a great deal of admiration and respect for his systems engineering skills and will pray that God blesses him and his whole family for all time.

I was so sorry to read of Lance's passing in the paper yesterday. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your girls at this difficult time.

Carol, Heather and Shann,

I just heard the news about Lance's passing. I am very sorry for your loss. Even though it's been many years since we've seen each other, know that you are all in my thoughts.

I am saddened to hear of Lance's passing. We worked together briefly in the early mid 80's and his efforts helped to revolutionize Honeywell's engineering design process by introducing the use of integrated digital tools. He was a pioneer in this area and a respected and caring colleague. He will be remembered and missed. Our thoughts and condolences go out to his family.
