You provided support to put groceries on the tables of thousands of seniors over the years. Mercy Brown Bag Program participants are grateful for the love you shared. I was so sorry to hear of Larry's passing.
When I joined the national staff at the
then SFNA, Larry and I talked about our
both having worked at the Oakland Tribune previously.
I ran into Larry years ago in the parking lot of the Vallejo Safeway. I was surprised to see him there. . .he was on his way to the Solano County fair
and the racetrack!
