Not sure what to say?

Ms.Beard was always such a sweet woman. I never had her as a teacher but I was at Wilson when she taught there. I saw her years later and got to talk to her. She hadn't changed a bit. May God be with the family.

I had Ms. Beard for English at Central HS. She was a wonderful teacher and very passionate about English. She always brought humor to the classroom. Her trademark in my memory was sitting on top of her desk Indian style! I am so sorry for your loss.

Central Class of 1983.

I attended Wilson High School when Mrs. Beard taught. Even though I never actually had her in class, I adored her and the light she brought to the halls. She seemed like such a fun lady to have around and I am saddened to hear of her passing. My thoughts go out to her family and friends as they cope with their loss.

Prayers of peace and solace for the family of Ms. Beard. May GOD bless and keep you all safe in his love in the days to come.

Miss Beard was my favorite teacher of all. She was more than a teacher, and I was blessed to have known her. So long, dear friend, until we meet again...and we will, indeed.

Lenda was a dear and special friend..one that you have and will always have in your heart...We have been so blessed to have know her..Mike Jones

I remember Ms. Beard from Central. We all loved to hear her stories. She seemed to love telling them. So sad to hear of her passing.

To the family, during this very sad time please lean on the GOD of "ALL COMFORT" AND KINDNESS 1COR.1:3-4

Ms. Beard taught me at Waterloo High. I will always remember her love of cats and the earth. I will plant a tree for you. Prayers for her family and friends!
