I just absolutely loved her! She taught me a lot at the VVHS Career Center and was the sweetest lady ever! MLR Class of 1986

leslie was my aunt my dads sister i never met her in person but i talked to her on the phone alot growing up. we live in nc so i never got he chance to ever meet her. although my dad tells me i look just like her n her mom my grandma whom i never got to meet either. if any of the family sees this my name is Jessica Black daughter of Corey kenneth Black Leslies brother i would love to speak with ne one in the family i have alot of unanswered questions that my dad cant answer or wont talk about...

I met Leslie at our Tai Chi class and to me she was a wonderful person.

Leslie inspired us all to live life to the fullest! Her enduring sense of humor kept us all in good spirits! How I miss you, my dear friend.

I remember working with Leslie when I first started at Hesperia HS in the same position. She had an infectious laughter and her VVHS students loved her. My condolences to her family and know that many students benefitted from her work...she left a great legacy.
