“Norma and family, we were so sorry to hear the sad news of Louie's death. I thought of him every time I saw a dump truck on the road between here and Roanoke, and I will continue to do so. He was a kind and gentle person, a good man who lived a good life. Norma, our hearts go out to you.
“Deepest Sympathy for your loss. Louie bought slag from where I work at Phoenix Services and he was always so kind. He is resting in God's arms.
“Norma and family, I am so sorry for your loss! I was out of town when I heard and so sorry that I could not be there! It hurts my heart each time I think of him, he was an amazing man!
