How sorry we are to hear of Louis's passing.
Our meeting Louis & Beth in Turkey in 1964 had a major influence on many lives, .

Through your strong love for the Turkish people you spread much good will.

Louis was thought of so highly in the Eastern North Carolina Association and in the Southern Conference. We send you our deepest symypathy and will keep you in our prayers. He will be missed. The Southern Conference staff

Mr. Wilkins was at Cummings H.S. when I was there from 85-89. I was from a low income family and when it came time to take the SAT's I didnt have but half of the money and I told Mr. Wilkins that I just wasnt going to take it. Mr. Wilkins told me to come and sign up and he would get me a discount but the discount was he added the rest of the money out of his pocket.
I have gone on to earn my MBA and working on a doctorate and it was Mr. Wilkins who played a big part in that. He saw in...

I am so very honored to have known Mr. Wilkins. He helped me through some very difficult time very early in my career and I am SOOOO grateful for the times that we shared. I remember laughing so often when I really felt like crying. Thank you for sharing this exceptional human being with me for a time. I'm so grateful.
