Not sure what to say?

Dr Lick and his partners were the surgeons that my father used to refer his patients to back in the 60s and 70s. He felt so highly of him that he sent my mother to him for surgery; Truly one of the giants.

Barbara and I were invited on our first important dates with young St.Thomas Military Academy cadets and her date was the son of an important industrialist from Mexico whose ranch helped to form the career of 'El Cordobes' as he trained there. Donald Rumsfeld and Bob Finch in the spring of '72 were visitors of the famous matador and the photographs are included in "Know and Unknown" which is a Rumsfeld memoir. My date was the grandson of past President of Mexico Abelardo L....

Dear Jane,

Our family is so sad to hear of Louie's passing. We remember him with sweet memories. He always had kind words for my girls. You both were enthusiastic viewers of the Clearwater Point Road Fourth of July Kid parade. My girls loved saying hello to their neighbors, while you walked the road. Nice Clearwater memories. He will be missed.

Dear Mrs. Lick and all the Lick family: We share the loss of Dr. Lick with all of you: he was truly one of the 'Greats': great husband, father, doctor, friend, hunting and fishing partner, musician and more, he literally and figuratively stood head and shoulders above most. His memory will live on.

Dr. Lick was such a wonderful person in so many ways. I am so honored to have known him, not only as a dear friend of my mother and father's, but also as my Godfather. I have many fond memories of him growing up. My Mom and Dad cherish their friendship with both Louie and Jane, and have many stories that are a testament to their wonderful times together. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Mrs. Lick, and your family. He will be deeply missed.
Love, Jane (Tambornino) Bryant
