What a wonderful example of a public servant. Working with Lou meant a day of insight, creativity and at least one smile a day.
I was blessed to work with Lou for 8 years and I know our City is so much better for his service.

I worked for David Hyman for over 40 years until his death in 2009, and knew Louie through David. He was such a bright light to everyone who knew him. I know he will be greatly missed.

Lou Russo was a really fine man. I was on the Tampa City Council when he served the City as the finance director. God Bless His memory!
