Not sure what to say?

The world has lost someone very special. Please accept my sympathy and good wishes. As a young African American woman on the staff of The Way,I was fortunate enough to observe Mrs. McCannelliving out her commitment to social and racial justice back in the late '60s when she was on the Board of The Way. She was phenomenal. She will always be remembered with great affection and respect. She really did leave this world a better place than she found it. May she rest in peace.

Your mother was always special to me, especially when I was young. Im thinking of you all and I send love to the whole family.

Our sincere sympathy to her family and to our good friend Malcom McCannel.

With deepest sympathy to the family during your time of sorrow. Psalms 46:1 says: God is for us a refuge and strength during this difficult time and may God grant you the comfort to endure.

My condolences to the family on the loss of your loved one...may heartfelt thoughts and loving memories bring you peace and contentment during these sorrowful times.(James 4:8; 1 Thess. 5:17)

Such a great woman and a great life. You are deeply missed.

My deepest sympathies to family and friends.
